Refund Policy

This policy covers payments made through this website. Where a signed statement of work exists, the commercial terms in that document take precedence.

Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and the month already in progress is not pro-rated because the team is reserved for that period. Any minimum term shown on your proposal applies from the first billing date.

Project and build fees

One-time build fees are tied to delivery milestones. Work already delivered and accepted is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-phase, we invoice for work completed to that point and refund the unearned balance of any advance within 14 days.

Third-party costs

Ad spend, hosting, software licences and API subscriptions are paid by you to those vendors directly, or passed through at cost. These amounts are governed by each vendor's own refund terms and cannot be refunded by TECHKS.

If the work is not what was agreed

Tell us within 14 days of a delivery. We will correct anything that falls short of the agreed scope at no additional cost. If we cannot bring the deliverable to the agreed standard, we refund the fee for that deliverable.

Assessments and reports

The AI assessment and the intelligence report it produces are free. Estimates in the report are indicative and subject to discovery and scope validation — they are not a binding quotation.

How to request a refund

Email hello@techks.co with your invoice reference and the reason for the request. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. See also our Terms & Conditions.
